Dear Friends and Neighbors,

Could this happen in Maricopa? Yes it could, and we need to be prepared for all kinds of minor disasters as well as major ones. FEMA is urgently getting every state prepared and ramping up efforts even more in 2012. Please, consider making Disaster Preparedness one of your 2012 New Year's resolutions.

There are tons of doomsayers out there, but I'm being practical. I don't want to focus on the doom and gloom. I'm looking for practical, low cost and useful resources to help us all get ready. Check out the resources in this post.
